Creating entries in fields inline (as opposed to having to edit the field)

We use the Multi-select field to create a field for product initiatives (or product objectives). Right now, when you want to create a new objective, you have to go into Edit field, Add option, style it, and save it. I much rather just like to be able to add it from the dropdown below. As in: I start typing and if my input doesn't match an already existing initiative, it'll prompt me to create a new one.

This will also make it easier for us to scale within the product team as it'll be easier to create these entries.

I believe we would find this useful, but only for some fields. Whereas for other fields, the list of values shall be fixed and limited to the set that has been set up by the JPD admin/member.
