Changing the plan is disabled.How can I change the plan .I am Jira org admin.

If you are the org admin and cannot adjust your JPD subscription, you may want to open a ticket with JPD support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

We should be able to assist you there, and get this issue resolved.
