As a collaborator, I can create a new idea now. I also need edit summary & description permission

Hi PM of JPD,

I'm an Atlassian Solution partner and have got a suggestion from my customer:

As a collaborator, I can create a new idea now.

However, I can't edit the idea's summary & description, which is not suitable for the user's perspective. 

Even if I can create the ideas, then I also need the basic edit (summary & description) permission in case of the need to modify my initial input information.

I would support this request as well.  As a contributor i can add but have no way to edit fields like customer so if someone else enters a feature request and my customer also wants this request and need to add to the customer field i do not have permissions.  I think that the permission should be enabled for contributor

120% JPD will be so useful as you can not expect Contributors to be able to create perfect ideas on the first try. It takes multiple edits to get all the expected information captured.
