"Project Not Created"

We just turned on Jira Product Discovery yesterday, when I try and access my site, I'm asked to create a project. I enter the name and the project key and then "Create" but keep getting an error message "Project Not Created" 

Anyone else run into this and able to resolve it, or is there something I'm missing?
