We currently have a Jira item that is blocked by an Idea ticket (delivery ticket has not yet been created). I linked the tickets on the Jira ticket as being "blocked by" the Idea ticket. However, when I look at the Idea, the reciprocal "blocks" relationship does not display, and needs to be manually added.
The AI Support bot indicated this was expected behavior as per the current feature set, but I'm curious why that's the case because the "relates to" link is an automatic bi-directional relationship. When might the other linking statuses function in this way?
