is there a way to connect task from 2 different projects boards on product discovery?

I have created a project on product discovery mainly focused on long-term high level scope of the projects and now I wish to connect the related roadmap items to another project focused on the day to day short term planning (product backlog). Is there an efficient way to connect the 2 projects? thanks :) 

I have tried using "delivery" but it consider only the projects in jira but not in jira product discovery...

You can click the button "Link issue" just below the description. 

You can even display this information on views thanks to the field "Link Issues"
