User cannot remember the password and have requested for it to be sent to my email but hasn't received an email though.
Is there another way to access?
@Charu Takkar have you been able to get access to your account? Did you get the reset password email in your junk folder perhaps?

Same thing happened for other atlassian product for me..opsgenie..but I received the link much later..so I guess it works..it might take some more time.
