Did you mean:

hierarchy connections nested in list view

Hey

I feel like I should be able to do this as other product tools can, but I may have the wrong end of the stick.

We have a hierarchy of Ideas with a connection field to features.

I would expect to be able to show this as nested in the list view:

The Idea
> Feature 1
> Feature 2

etc but I cant seem to be able to do it, is this not a feature?

Sorry, I worked it out myself.

I need to create the connection in the reverse way as well, then group by the connection Idea, and that shows the features.

hi @Ben Arundel ! I'm glad to see your issue is already resolved!

From my side, I can recommend our solution that allows you to view Jira hierarchies of any complexity in a nested list - Smart Hierarchy for Jira.

It helps you to see everything at a glance and easily track progress. Here's what it looks like:

I hope this helps!
