Will I be able to use new Idea types with JIRA Plans? I just figured out that the new idea types will not work with the Smart sheet connector, and I don't know if that's by design or a gap. I am making a decision about whether I want to upgrade to JIRA premium so I can use Plans, but if it doesn't work with new features in JPD (gap?), I don't see how I can take advantage of both products (JPD + Plans).
Hierarchies are available in our Premium edition. We’re actively working on supporting JPD hierarchies in Jira Plans, and will share the timeline for this feature soon on our public roadmap.
Thank you, I will keep an eye out for updates.

@Carolyn Moore I spoke to the team who's exploring this. They are literally starting to explore it, not yet 'actively' working on it.

Hi @Carolyn Moore,
JPD premium has just been released in GA - it does not seem like that strange that an external tool does not support those changes immediately, as it is most likely built by a third party vendor. I know you can bring ideas into plans to connect your product and delivery roadmaps nicely.
If you want to evaluate the premium plan before upgrading, be aware that you can always run a 30 day trial of it for free, so you can see if it covers your needs in your own instance. You can always go back to your standard plan if it does not match your needs.
Hope this helps!

Hello @Carolyn Moore ,
Welcome to community :)
As Walter has mentioned, JPD is now available in premium plans and can be used with jira plans once the JPD is upgraded to premium.
