Why do Ideas have multiple description fields?

I see the description field 2 times, how do I eliminate one of them?

Can't say I've ever seen that before, nor thought it be possible since you cannot name a JPD field after any system field.

It might be worth reviewing your JPD fields to see if there are two description fields, and editing the one that is not the system field.
