Where can I locate the import function?

I am trying to import ideas into Product Discovery.  I cannot locate the import wizard referenced in the help documentation.

You’re in the right place – the wording in the docs can be a bit confusing.

In Jira Product Discovery, the “import wizard” for ideas isn’t a big separate menu item, it’s triggered when you import a CSV while creating ideas.

To find it:

In Jira Product Discovery, click the “+ Create” button in the top navigation.

In the create panel that opens, look for the small arrow icon next to “Configure form”.

Click that arrow and you’ll see the option to import from CSV – selecting that opens the import wizard the docs refer to.

Once you pick your CSV, the step‑by‑step wizard should walk you through mapping columns to fields and creating the ideas.
