Vote Option - doesnt display for contributors

Hi all.. I'm in JPD trying to find the best way for my stakeholders, who hold contributor licensing, to vote and do prioritization. 

I've followed the instructions, added the vote option - 10votes max...  and upon publishing it tells me that it cant publish that field.  WHY NOT???? I dont understand. 

I have also tried the matrix view and running into the same things.  The documentation states they can see things like insights in the view.. but in fact they cannot view them. 

Any help would be appreciated.  I need for my stakeholders to prioritize and vote!

Hi there, yes voting is for the moment only supported inside spaces, published views are mostly read-only. It's something we started looking at to improve the product
