Hello @Christine_Kris_ Kihanya

What kind of dependencies do you want to visualise?

You can use the connection field to show connection between ideas.

Just like in Jira Software you add ticket relations as @Kamila Czubaj said. Here are screenshots to illustrate:

Thanks Kamila,

I'd like to be able to see on the timeline when a ticket within one idea is blocking another ticket within another idea. I'm on the Standard plan

@Christine_Kris_ Kihanya Untested idea: Use automation:

  • When a ticket gets a relation of type "blocking":
    • see if an idea is attached to it
    • set a value in the idea ticket (e.g. a label)
    • Then you can show this in your timeline view
  • When the blocker is removed or the blocking ticket is closed:
    • remove the label
    • this may be complicated: Be careful when there are multiple tickets blocking one idea!

Thanks @Denis Paul , there's a linking feature I have found that will do about the same. It at least flags that there is something dependent, but it doesn't visualise the dependency diagrammatically.

Thanks for your feedback
