Tricky / Misleading in "Add user" to Jira Product Discovery

When adding a new user, Jira Product Discovery is automatically set to a new user.
We need to set it manually to "not a user" as long as JPD is not widespreaded, otherwise we need to pay extra licences. Would be really nice if you could change that, dear Product Manager of JPD. Pls!

Hi Ravid, 

By default, a new user is counted as a user for all product on the site, we cannot change this behaviour just for Jira Product Discovery. Also it might be different for each company, some would need to have this behaviour for Confluence and some other for Bitbucket. 

So in that case, I think it would be a good feature request for the platform team: being able to decide which products you'd like to provision by default on your site: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlassian-Platform/ct-p/platform
