Some contributors can't see any ideas

Hi, 

In my project we have about 10 contributors who can acces boards and create new ideas.

Everything is ok except for 2 of them. They have all the views in the left menu but they see nothing in the board. 

All the users are part of the same user group. So I'm confused why this 2 users can see any of our ideas. The only think I am thinking is that they were in an admin group and I've removed them recently and add them to the contributor group. I don't know why this should be an issue. 

Do you have any thoughts about why they don't see all ideas like others ?

@Solenne CLEMENT Update: I spoke with the engineers and there are a few corner cases that don't work well yet. 

The following cases don't work:

• A user is a Jira administrator: it's not working currently to add them to the contributor group
• And in some cases things didn't sync properly in the past

They suggested you try the following:

• Make sure these users are not administrators (adding them to the contributor group won't work). But you can still share a view with them if they have JPD product access
• Remove and add them again to the contributor group.

HI @Solenne CLEMENT , that's weird indeed. Can you please check that the contributor group is configured with the contributor product access for JPD?
