Publishing views containing custom idea types

Hi, 

I am lucky to be one of those who have access to several idea types and am using this functionality quite successfully. However I am facing a problem of not being able to share the views that I want to share with wider team (sales, operations, finance) because "publish" functionality does not work for me.

"Objective" is one of my custom idea types.

Can someone help me figuring out when we can expect this to start working and what workarounds can I use in the meantime?

Hi @Tatiana Torset - yep we're on it! We're currently working on support for connection fields in Published views. It's coming very soon.

@Tanguy Crusson - Any update on this?  This is a very important feature for us.  We had been using published views for internal stakeholders for a long time with great success.  When we adapted the new connections we had to turn all of these off.  We didn't realize this limitation existed until we were too far in the conversion to reasonably go back.  If I had known that we would have lost this feature, especially for this long, I would likely have recommended that we hold off on fully adopting the new connections feature until this was resolved.

We're very happy with the connections feature and it has been an improvement for us.  Loosing this feature though has had a measurable negative impact to the org.
