Publish view to "Everyone at [Company]" unavailable when space access is Limited — workaround?

JPD Space Setup:

• Space access: Limited
• Digital team: needs full view access
• Contribution: locked to specific individuals only

The problem:
Publishing a view from a Limited space doesn't offer "Everyone at [Company]" as an audience option. Only named individuals.

Why Open and Private don't work:

• Open → anyone can contribute. We need contribution locked to specific employees per space.
• Private → digital team loses view access. All digital team members need to view JPD spaces.

What we need:
Publish roadmap links broadly for internal use — intranet docs, stakeholders who need read access without being named individually. Publishing one-by-one doesn't scale.

Question:
Is this a known limitation of Limited access, or is there a setting we're missing? Looking for a workaround or best practice.

@Elyse Algate can you please raise a support ticket so we can investigate on your site? I can't think of a reason why this option would be greyed out. This is what I see from a site configured with Private access:

@Elyse Algate never mind, we found what the issue is! If the space is limited, indeed the selector doesn't show - in this case the behaviour is that "can access" is selected by default (it just doesn't show like that in the UI) because that's how Limited spaces work (anyone on the site can access it)

We'll improve the UI, but by default it should just work for your use case.

I ran into this too, and from what I’ve seen, it looks like a limitation with Limited spaces rather than a missing setting.

We ended up keeping the space Limited for contribution control and using a published/embedded view for wider read-only access. Not ideal, but it's the closest workaround for now.

Thanks for your answer! How did you create a published/embedded view for wider read-only audiences? 

When we have a JPD Space as limited, the publish to "Everyone at [Company]" option is grayed out. When I change it to Open or Private, I can publish to "Everyone at [Company]", but we do need the JPD space to be Limited for contribution control.
