Publish Roadmaps

Hey there,

We’re really enjoying the ability to consolidate information from different JPD Projects using the ‘Roadmap’ feature! 

However, we miss the ability to ‘publish’ these roadmaps, just like we can with a ‘normal’ view. The problem is, to give stakeholders access to our roadmaps, we currently first need to add them as a creator to our various projects.

Are there plans to add the ‘Publish’ functionality to roadmaps?

Would love to see this as a feature - without it, there isn't much value in the Roadmaps feature for us, and Roadmaps are the only reason we're trying out premium at the moment

Any update on this? It's killing us that we can have all of these JPD projects to manage things concretely per product area, and we can have the cross-project roadmap view, and then we... can only screenshare during a call and can't let executives and other teams' stakeholders view what we're doing and what is coming up via a Published URL like we can for each project's views.

@Beata Kupiec Any update on this? The ability to publish and share live consolidated roadmap views is critical for larger organizations. There's basically no value in "roadmaps" being available in the premium plan if the created views cannot be published and shared.

in the meantime you might want to take a look at Released, which will let you publish cross project roadmaps and soon collect feedback.

You also might like to give a look at Millarum Roadmap, it's core functionality is to plan across projects and specifically get a simplified cute for stakeholders. It's also intended to plan more than one complex roadmap as needed, and different views can be created for individual use or for organization wide use.
