I tried to provide a Slack integration for Jira Product Discovery, but it showed me an issue.
Does it mean, the integration is not available on the Free plan of Product Discovery?

We've seen some customers run into this issue where the Slack app is not installed correctly for JPD. You will want to open a ticket with JPD support so they can resinstall the app. This only takes a few moments, but can only be corrected with their assistance.
You can open a ticket HERE, or within JPD under the Give feedback tab >> Get help from the support team option.

Unfortunately, I can not open a ticket, because my JPD has a free plan. Maybe, you can raise the ticket somehow? Thank you!
