PICK Chart - custom fields with if/then logic

It's not possible to generate a dynamic PICK chart in JPD right now, which is a basic tool for team prioritization. Custom fields are very limited. You can't even use negative numbers so I can't do a workaround where Impact - Effort = Quadrant. Also, the custom fields don't let you add a label - it's just an emoji with a number. That's very limiting. I want to say:

Based on THIS impact and THIS effort, the PICK quadrant is THIS and then that is highlighted in the impact v effort chart.
