Only some creators are getting asked for an API key for Pendo Feedback?

We are loving adding Pendo Feedback items to JPD ideas! However a few of our creators are getting asked for an API token. Others are having no issues and its working exactly as expected. Any ideas?

Hi Teal,

is it possible that this token is requested only for new users? Normally this panel appear after you clicked on the "Authenticate" button and so it should show once , thenthe users need to log in as per https://support.pendo.io/hc/en-us/articles/14541867340571 and it should be done. Does it appear very regularly for them ?
