Mandatory fields and users management

hey guys :) 

a few questions:

1. in case we have some mandatory fields for Epic creation, and I want to push and create an Epic from the Product into Jira SW --> what will happen? will it still be created? or i will get an error?

2. how will it work regarding the users? if for example, I have 500 users plan, and I need 30 creators in the Product that already have a Jira SW user, i will need to pay for them? or it can be covered in the free plan?

Hey Karin ! 

1. As soon as you click "create" a pop-up will apear to ask you to fill a value for the required field :) 

2. Jira Product Discovery and Jira Software are two different products, if you need 30 creators in Jira Product Discovery you will need to license your Jira Software also in Jira Product Discovery. 

But maybe you want to understand what is the difference between *Creators* (licensed) and * Contributors* (not-licensed) roles in Jira Product Discovery to make sure that's what you need.
