I've been trying to create a JIRA bug ticket couple days already but getting the same output. After filling all required fields, i press on 'Create' button then nothing happens, no errors, no failed backend calls. Could you please advise what do to in this case?

@Yernur_Kaldybekov This is a message board for the Jira Product Discovery tool. There is no bug tickets in this tool. In your Jira instance, click the help icon (question mark in circle) and click Contact Support.
