In Jira Product Discovery, I can create and customize a lot of fields. And that's great.
But, through my whole user journey, is there a way to customize the default name of ticket type "Idea" with my own wording (like "Opportunity")? *

I don't think so. So far as I know, everything is an idea that you then can categorize as an opportunity or something else through custom fields.
Hi @loic_arban , not yet, but we're working on this at the moment, so you can define different types of ideas and their relationships.
