I cannot give Creator access to a user

I have moved one of my users from Contributor to Creator  for JPD in the Atlassian Directory, but the changes won't take effect on his side. 

The number of licenses went up by one, and I can see him added to the jira-product-discovery-users group, but he cannot make any edits in JPD. 

Help, please! :)

Hi @Erika Lehmann ,

You may need to also add them as a creator under the project's Access tab as well - depending on the project's access level. 

You can add this user individually/assign them the creator role, or add the JPD users group as a whole/assign it the creator role.
