I can not "complete the sprint"

 When I chose the option "complete the sprint", this message popped up

"This sprint contains:

0 completed issues

21 open issues"

although the sprint is completed, within all tickets and tasks included, and all the status for the tickets is "done"

What should I do to make all done tickets in completed issues so I can close/ complete the sprint

Hi @Shereen al Nimri and welcome to the Community!

Is the Done status in the rightmost column of your board? That is how a scrum board determines if issues are done in a sprint. If there is a column to the right of your done issues, that is most likely the cause.
