We have been using JPD for product and program management. we would like to request a call with a JP expert to walk them through what we have done so far, what our challenges are, and what strategic ways we can better organize.
if you are looking for some advice on how to organize and make the most of JPD, I would recommend taking a look at our new JPD Handbook (currently in Beta).
If you still have questions, feel free to reach out again. :)
@Axel Sooriah thank you Axel! although this is helpful, id like help in strategic approaches as we also want to use Plans. so we want to talk through how can we use both JPD and Plans. in plans it is useful for more sprint type boards we think and not discovery projects? would love to learn more how we can use both JPD and Plans together in a project and product management perspective.

Thanks for the context Lucia. The handbook actually has a section about that: https://pm-dev.atlassian.net/wiki/external/OGY3MmI5ZTFhYWEwNDk4NjhhZTM3YzkwMTUyMjMwYzk

One idea would be to attend an ACE with this as the topic, but it doesn't look like there are many upcoming: https://ace.atlassian.com/search/jira%20product%20discovery?
Curious to hear if there are any other offerings for something like this!
