How do I have a custom view of an idea in the full detail page?

Need a way to change the layout of the issue details pages so that text fields i set up can show in other locations than the left rail. it is unreadable there. 

Essentially the fields in this view would be great to have in the left section of the full page view. as right now the left rail is hard to read all that detail.
