Hello everyone,
I wonder if you can help me finding a way to share specific information with stakeholders.
I want to allow stakeholders see high-level roadmaps of each of my teams and specifically to see the Delivery tab (together with the delivery tickets). I have added stakeholders' emails to the "Publish" dialogue, but different people report different results. One person sees only the first two tabs of any ticket:
While another person sees all the tabs:
I have cut the screenshot, but you can see that the number of the delivery tickets as well as the ticket summaries and statuses are there.
What I am trying to do is to let all people whose emails I list in the "Publish" dialogue to see all the tabs. How do I achieve this?

That’s a useful discussion. Keeping workflows transparent really helps when managing multiple projects or updates. I follow a similar approach while organizing content for the [7 brews menu](https://brewmenuus.com/), where structured task sharing makes it easier to track progress and maintain consistency.

How do you do it? Were you able to show the Delivery tab?
