Hello everyone,
I wonder if you can help me finding a way to share specific information with stakeholders.
I want to allow stakeholders see high-level roadmaps of each of my teams and specifically to see the Delivery tab (together with the delivery tickets). I have added stakeholders' emails to the "Publish" dialogue, but different people report different results. One person sees only the first two tabs of any ticket:
While another person sees all the tabs:
I have cut the screenshot, but you can see that the number of the delivery tickets as well as the ticket summaries and statuses are there.
What I am trying to do is to let all people whose emails I list in the "Publish" dialogue to see all the tabs. How do I achieve this?
Hi @Tatiana Torset , you are sharing screenshots from 2 different experiences here:
From published views you can only see delivery progress but not the tickets themselves. People need access to Jira and each of the Jira projects to be able to see them.
If you want everyone to be able to see the delivery tickets, then you'll need to invite them as contributors to the project and share a view with them from within the project.
Thank you Tanguy. So if I have two delivery projects and one JPD project, then those that need to see all delivery tickets need to be contributors in all three projects?

Jira doesn't support the concept of creator vs contributor - to see Jira tickets you need to be a licensed user, and have access to the delivery project.
