We have an intake form and board in Jira Software. Many items are small bugs or tickets that bypass Jira Product Discovery, but for larger enhancement requests, I create Jira Product Discovery ideas.
I’d like to use the connections feature to show the related intake ticket (Jira Software ticket), but it seems limited to JPD spaces/ideas. The only workaround I’ve found is linking via Delivery, which misrepresents progress visually.
Is there a better way to connect Jira Software tickets to JPD ideas without impacting delivery visuals?
Hello @Mckenzi Gravesmill you can also use any of the link option in the idea, from insights to comments to paste links, if you do not want them to be part of the delivery.

I've done this by creating a custom field in JPD that is a URL field and just posting the URL for the ticket.
