How can I inform/contact the requesting customers?
Hi, I'm matching Discovery with our needs in terms of feature requests.
What is missing right now is the option to contact/filter customers in the source system by request. The intent is to inform customers about a completed feature and/or contact them to get them into a survey etc.
We collect ideas mostly through salesforce - so how could we filter these customers based on which ideas they voted/mentioned etc.
