Feature request submission on public roadmap

Hi, do you have plans to build a way to collect ideas from customers directly via the public roadmap and additionally ability to upvote & comment on existing ideas?

Hi @David Mr and welcome to the Community!

Atlassian does have a public backlog available, called Jira.atlassian.com (JAC) where you can indeed search for items and share thoughts.

While I can't speak for Atlassian directly, I know from many interactions with product teams, webinars and interactive sessions that user votes are just one of many things taken into account when items get prioritised. And they are certainly not the most dominant factor when decisions are made. There's a lot more focus on product strategy and in depth conversations with users.

Even though I like the engagement from Atlassian within this product group, I just wanted to say that it makes sense 'moving' feature requests related to JPD to JAC as it's much easier to track and monitor those there. 👀
