Error 403 Using chrome extension

Hi there,

A collaborator of mine has forwarded the following error on the chrome extension. She is getting a 403 error (see screenshot).

I removed her account and added again but the issue persists.

Hi, does the user have access to the project, as a creator or a contributor?

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Another thing worth checking is that the user is using the same account they're using in Jira (in case they have multiple user accounts)

The project is limited meaning it can be accessed with someone from my company upon invitation and access to Jira Cloud
