I am new to using JPD so this might be an easy answer that I'm overlooking. We are demoing this to move from Aha and one of the requests posed if we can display the Work Items shown here:

To either an existing or custom field on the Dashboard:

This was just a custom field I was testing to see if I could get an automation rule to work, which I haven't had luck with.

The end goal is to be able to see, at a high level, what Jira work items are attached to an Idea from that view instead of drilling down into the idea itself each time.

@Rayne Cypher The short answer is no: you can't show delivery tickets in Jira Product Discovery views.

Instead the recommended approach is something like this:

Basically you have one level of ideas that you connect to delivery tickets, and you show the delivery progress field for those.

E.g. see this section from the Atlassian product discovery handbook

Hi @Rayne Cypher

Add the Delivery progress field.

If you need anything else a bit more powerful, use roadmaps

https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/guides/advanced-roadmaps/overview#what-is-advanced-planning

Or better yet, plans (which is the best of the two)

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/get-started-with-advanced-roadmaps/
