Hi - can someone please help me with the delivery status field in JPD
We have a total of 26 tickets assigned to the delivery tab of a JPD idea, all parents and all child tickets are marked closed or no longer needed - these statuses in the jira workflow are assigned to category "done"
The delivery status field is properly counting 26 work items, but it says 2 of them are in status "to do" and 2 of them are in status "in progress"
I've checked countless things in these tickets and I don't get this one. Can someone please assist?

Could you please create a support ticket for us to investigate on this issue ? https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ Could you also please check which settings you have for the delivery fields - if it's default or simple and number of issues or effort?
