We like to move the following Ideas into the Archive:

  • Duplicates (after they are merged into an existing Idea)
  • Ideas that will likely not ever get implemented
  • Ideas with an existing RFE

The problem is that the Contributor Role doesn't appear to be able to view the Archive. Is there a setting I can enable for this? Or is this something on the roadmap?

Hi there! indeed contributors can contribute to ideas, not manage the lifecycle of projects which includes archiving. Creators can carry out those operations, with the right permissions.

The next step would be to convert current contributors into creators.
