Cannot get JPD > 'Connection' Field to Enable

I have watched the videos and read the SOP but I cannot get this feature to work on my account:

We are on a premium/paid version of JPD.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @Caleb Brunel I just checked and it looks like you're on Jira Premium but Jira Product Discovery Standard. That would explain why you're not seeing the feature.

I will work on getting that sorted.
