Can I trace what customers have submitted an idea if using Jira Service mgmt?

I want to use Jira Product Discovery for our Product function, however I'm not 100% clear on how I can manage ideas/feedback submitted by external users i.e. customers.  It looks like there's a way to set this up, but I'm wondering if there's visibility over WHO submitted it so I can get in touch, and also can I restrict the external view to those who are actually customers e.g. by domain?
