I have a Roadmap that pulls from various Spaces. I have made specific fields visible in this Roadmap. I am going to give certain users view-only access to only this Roadmap (no other Spaces). For privacy reasons, these users should only be able to see the fields I chose to share in the Roadmap. However, I think they can still see all fields when they click on a Summary to expand the card-view. Is there a way to restrict what fields users can see?
👋Hi @Salena Nazarali !
You can configure which users can edit and which can view your plan. However, individual configuration by field is not possible (at least I haven't found anything that allows this type of configuration).
To configure who can edit or view your plan, you can follow these steps:
Open your plan > ••• > Plan settings > Details
You will be viewing both options:
I hope this has helped you!

Hi Jean, appreciate the response here but looking to clarify the following please. I have Spaces that will have very limited view/edit access. These Spaces map to a Roadmap that is more widely visible. I need certain fields to remain only visible to people who have Space access i.e., hide fields from those who only have Roadmap access.

I understand your need to restrict fields. However, Jira Advanced Roadmaps doesn't natively allow hiding fields at the user or group level within the plan view.
Currently, you can only limit who can view/edit the entire plan in the plan permissions.
