Please grant us access to the tree view functionality. The primary challenge we're strugggling with with the current implementation is the need for multiple views to toggle between ideas at different levels of the hierarchy. Not all ideas have children but some do.
Hi there, I would love to get access to the tree view. It aligns perfectly with how i'm currently trying to use JPD to manage my opportunity/solution trees. I'm having to do this in Miro today so i'm very excited to see that this is available in JPD.
@Tanguy Crusson excited to see this! We’d love to get access, please.
Use case: Perfect timing — we have a product consultant training my team on using opportunity solution trees and metric trees, so it would be great for them to start applying what they learn directly in JPD instead of Miro.
Happy to share feedback as we go. We use JPD extensively across our PLG growth team’s process, and we upgraded to Premium specifically for this feature.
Our primary use case is to bring visual planning back into JPD from the likes of Figma/Miro.
We have stakeholders who like to see boxes on a page with lines linking those items together and I think this will help massively in centralising those conversations more easily.
As an Atlassian Solutions Partner, we are using a One Atlassian environment to build a model Product Organization, and using Connections for an OST model.
We are currently:
proposing to a new client interested in JPD
specifically Feedback if we can also get Early Access to it)
working with a current client (met with them this morning) expanding their usage of JPD looking for more structure
My team organizes our priorities by Goals > Opportunities > Solutions > Ideas, It would be very benefiacial to see how cross functional solutions line up in a tree view.
We’ve been waiting for this, could we please get access?
We’re the Product Growth team, responsible for running product experiments and managing growth opportunities. We’d love to use the tree view as a replacement for the current, quite messy Miro board we use today to track opportunities, hypotheses, and experiment ideas.
Hi @Tanguy Crusson - you previously like my comment requesting early access to the tree view for "https://phorest.jira.com/"but it's still not appearing as an option (List, Board, Timleline, Matrix, Prebuilt) - could you take a look? thanks, Colin
Hi @Tanguy Crusson , Thank you very much for sharing this amazing update. We are already using Connections to build hierarchies between our different requirement types on Jira Product Discovery and would like to try the Tree View. I am sure that it would contribute a lot to bring more clarity. We are on the Premium Version and our site is: https://orcrist.atlassian.net/
Hi! @Tanguy Crusson We'd love to get access to the tree view early access program.
As a former Atlassian, I adore JPD, but as we have started to roll it out across our product teams - its been a hassle trying get out what we put in from linking to dates etc.
Today we're using JPD to manage our product portfolio across multiple initiatives than span product teams. We have tried Structure workarounds with sort of Plans to try to get a tree type view . This would be incredibly valuable for visualizing the parent-child hierarchy between Initiatives and product team level roadmaps + JSW work items — giving our team a clearer picture of how delivery work rolls up to strategic initiatives.

We're on the Premium plan. Thanks in advance! Kelly
