Utterly Ruined an OK product: missing workflows

Where has the ability to view and update issue workflows in Jira gone?

I have never before seen such a great example of a fantastic product being utterly destroyed by a simple interface revamp. It really didn't need doing, and now everyone's favourite bug tracker is basically unusable.

Please, just put it back to how it was, and leave it alone.

Which jira version do you have? Normally it is under System>Issues>Workflows

To update the workflow first you should have jira administrator rights if you have then Admin --> Issues --> Workflow 

Find the workflow and Edit, change as you want and then publish the workflow.
