Hi community,
we are (mis-)using jira and confluence as tools to plan the assembly of our products.
We use epics as device serial numbers & tasks/stories for main things that need to be done during the assembly - e.g. "assembly of part A", "quality control of part A", "final assembly", "final quality control".
In case we detect a rework in the quality control, we create a sub-task for the rework.
The assembly instructions and quality control checklists are created in Confluence and linked in the ticket description.
Especially the quality control part is unsatisfactory, as we can't get any statistics from this.
Is there anyone with a similar situation or with a solution or best practice experience?
Would appreciate every hint or idea of what to try out.
Many thanks in advance.
Best, Tobias
P.S.: Currently, we are on the server version, but will switch to cloud soon
