The description of the Custom fields is not displayed

  I would be very grateful if you could answer my questions.

 I have added the description in Custom Field. As shown in the picture (name:Custom Field),The description do not display when  create Issue .Please refer to the picture.(name:do not display).

If I fill in the description when  created custom Field,The description can be displayed normally when create Issue.

If i create custom Field  without description .Then edit description later.The description do not display.

  Please tell me how to solve the problem of not showing the description.

Hi @tingting_cui - I don't see your image but the Field Descriptions can be set in the Default Field Configuration.  Should a project require a different description then a new Field Configuration and scheme will be required.
