Slow Jira cloud instance

Anyone else experiencing slow performance on their instance?  For the last 2 weeks our instance has been very slow.  Pages take 10-30 seconds to fully render.  It's slowing down our workflow considerably.  

I've opened a ticket with support but have gotten no results.  Normally I was re-index and be done with that but we can no longer re-index.

Anyone else expeiencing this?
