Showing Stories that are tracking behind by color

Hey guys ! In the past I had a way to put certain color of dots by the Stories so I could see if the person has slippage. I can't seem to find the instructions?

I use Card Colors on the boards for things like this, though not this specifically. 

Do you want to base your colors on days beyond due date or age or some other metric?

Actually, it looks like you may want "Days in Column" - it's near the bottom of this article.Customize cards

@Anne Saunders I believe I am totally blocked. I followed the instructions but I cannot see the Days in Column on the Scrum board. That said is there another way to activate this? I really wanna be able to see how long these things have been opened.

You're not seeing the dots? If you do have the dots, you can hover over them to see the number of days.

In addition to what @Anne Saunders suggested, the days in column option is also related to the issue's WF status association.  Since each column is based on the WF status it assigned to.  Lastly - Note that if you move an issue back to a column where it's previously been, the indicator gives you the cumulative number of days the issue has stayed in that column.
