Screenshots inserted into wrong field

Every time I create an issue and attach a screenshot, it gets pasted to another field (in my case 'Environments'. 

Replicated for Chrome and Safari.

as a workaround, you can remove a pic from that field it gets inserted to and paste it again to the description and it will work, but I want this to work from a first time...

Is there any fix for that?

Yes, facing the same issue for almost a year now... so annoying, if there is no environment field the image also just uploads into the attachments instead of being posted to the description field editor...
