Make Quick Filters great again!

Can we get a discussion going about an option to bring back the old style of quick filters?  (composable buttons/pills above the backlog vs the dropdown with checkboxes) . The dropdown looks cleaner, but it is much slower to use and have found that teams no longer set up filtering and have even seen one team move out to Trello because they were no longer able to quickly get through a large scrum using the new mechanism.

All of our teams are also having issues with the new board setups for Agile and Kanban boards. The new quick filter setup is the largest complain of all. Please, Atlassian, bring us a way to quickly organize and filter out our data like before.
