Join us for a user research interview to help us shape the experience of Jira Dashboard Gadgets
Hi All,
I am Marek, and I drive User Research in Old Street Solutions. We are working on continually improving our products and enhancing the user experience in Jira, and we are running research to understand how people onboard and interact with Jira Dashboard Gadgets.
As part of the research, we want to run a round of testing and identify how we can improve your experience when onboarding to a new Jira Dashboard Gadget (including our Custom Charts gadget).
How our session works:
45 minutes one-on-one Zoom interview with your camera on, preferably in a quiet place
During the research, we'll start with a general chat to learn more about your specific Dashboard Gadget usage and then guide you through a quick product and design demo
You’ll have nothing to prepare, and we’ll highly appreciate it if you don’t touch any of our gadgets before our scheduled meeting
Our perfect candidate preferably has never used dashboard reporting gadgets or has limited knowledge.
