Job Description: 

This individual will be responsible for supporting our cloud application suite (JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr Squad and Git Integration) as well as responsible for supporting, maintaining, and extending our Atlassian suite. Within this role, the position will support all end users and the products and will directly affect process implementation, integrate Atlassian products with other internal applications and drive efficiencies for THR and Contractor Project Managers and Scrum Masters utilizing the product. The ideal person for this role will act as a subject matter expert and also be responsible for training all PMs on the platform.

Requirements:

•  4 Years relevant work experience required to include 3 years hands-on experience working with the Atlassian product suite, with specific focus on JIRA as a Project/Application Administrator
• 2 years experience in performing Atlassian installations, upgrades, and migrations in a Cloud environment
• Experience with integration on JIRA and Confluence with plugins and development
•  Experience managing workflows, schemes, etc. in JIRA
• Experience customizing and configuring JIRA
• Experience in constructing custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA
• Experience in constructing Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages
